Proper window cleaning is more than a quick spray-and-wipe. It includes the glass itself (both sides), the frames, the sills, and where applicable the tracks and screens. Done right, the result is invisible — you don't notice the windows because they look the way windows are supposed to look. Done wrong, you end up with streaks, smears, and water spots that look worse than before the clean.

Our Window Cleaning Approach
We use a combination of traditional squeegee technique on accessible windows and a water-fed pole system on second-story windows or windows hard to reach from inside. The water-fed pole uses purified water (zero mineral content) so the glass dries spot-free without any chemical residue. It's faster and safer than ladder work for upper-floor windows, and the result is just as streak-free as squeegee work on lower windows.
For interior glass, we use a low-residue glass cleaner and microfiber cloths, working systematically corner-to-corner so we don't miss spots. Screens come off before we clean the glass, get rinsed and lightly soft-washed to remove the pollen film, and are reinstalled after the windows are clean. Tracks get vacuumed out and wiped clean.
Hard Water Stains and Salt Spray
South Florida glass picks up two stubborn issues that standard window cleaning sometimes can't fully lift: hard-water mineral deposits from irrigation overspray, and salt spray staining on coastal homes. Both require separate treatment. Hard-water spots dissolve with a glass-safe acid-based treatment that breaks down the mineral deposits. Salt spray needs neutralization plus a thorough rinse. If your windows have either, mention it during the quote so we can account for the extra time and the targeted treatment in the price.
House Wash & Window Cleaning Bundle
The most common bundle we run is a full house soft-wash combined with exterior window cleaning. The reason is simple: a house wash already rinses the exterior of the windows as a side effect of the wall cleaning, but it doesn't leave them streak-free. Adding the proper window cleaning to the same visit means the entire exterior — walls, gutters, glass — comes out cohesive. Most clients add interior windows for a small upcharge if they want a complete refresh.
Recurring Window Cleaning
Some clients prefer recurring window cleaning on a quarterly or twice-yearly schedule, especially coastal homeowners and clients who entertain often. We can build a schedule and a recurring rate that costs significantly less per visit than one-off pricing. Just ask about it during the quote.
