By accessing or using the website applying-pressure.co or using the services offered by Applying Pressure Home and Auto Detailing LLC ("Applying Pressure," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or our services.
Applying Pressure provides exterior home detailing and pressure washing services in South Florida, including but not limited to soft-wash house cleaning, roof cleaning, paver and concrete cleaning, lanai and screen enclosure cleaning, fence and deck cleaning, gutter services, window cleaning, and commercial pressure washing. Specific services rendered are defined by the written quote you accept.
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of quoting. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise noted. If site conditions differ materially from what was described in the quote (e.g., significantly more square footage, surfaces in worse condition, or access challenges not previously disclosed), we reserve the right to revise the quote with your prior approval before proceeding.
We take reasonable precautions to protect plants, sod, landscaping, and adjacent property during cleaning. Despite proper care, in rare cases minor incidental contact may occur with surrounding vegetation. Pre-existing conditions on surfaces — such as already-failing paint, cracked tile, or weakened wood — are documented before work begins where visible. We are not liable for damage to surfaces with pre-existing structural compromise that could not have been reasonably foreseen.
Once a quote is accepted, we schedule the work for a specific day. Weather may require rescheduling, in which case we will notify you and reschedule at the earliest available date. Clients may cancel without charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover crew and equipment scheduling time.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept standard payment methods. Recurring service contracts have payment terms specified in the contract.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of services rendered is limited to the price paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
